Masters and Masterings

One of the most important things in life is the feeling of mastering something, having mastered something. In my case, I've had something mastered for me by a talented guy called Sivert Henriksen, who also mixed three of my songs on my upcoming EP, which will be consisting of 5 songs. They are ready, and you can listen to the three mixed by Henriksen over at soundcloud.com/sivertmartin.

Masters are all the rage for me as I start writing my masters thesis this fall, finally seeking to end my life as a student at the university. I'll be writing about Open Access, something that will hopefully be the norm for all of our science in the future. My music though, will be available in a service that, for now, is accessible to everyone: Spotify. It will also be found on iTunes, Bugs, Amazon, Google, Anghami, Deezer, Claro-musica, Juke, iHeartRadio, Pandora, 7Digital, okay, we get it! Everyone wants to make money on music! God damn, what a jungle!

Thanks to an easy company like RouteNote, I can share my music with the world. In fact, it's so easy to share music these days that everyone does it! So, it's whatever. Tune in and enjoy, or don't. I won't hunt you down and force you to listen to some 90s California punk knockoff. Or will I? Who knows...
